This is especially good if it's cold outside and you don't have much time.
- 2 pollock filets (Seelachsfilets)
- 1 spring onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 carrot
- 1/2 cupcisum
- 1 mushroom
- currysauce (leftover from a BBQ)
- a bit of broth
- salt, pepper, curry, paprika
- Check that there are no fishbones left and cut the fish and the vegetables in small pieces.
- Heat some oil in a pan and as soon as it is hot enough add the fish and fry it.
- Then add the veggies and stirfry all the ingredients for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the currysauce, a bit of broth and season to taste and enjoy.
